Our Santa Maria Ironworks BBQ grills come in many sizes both cart and non-cart versions. 

Ironworks, our Pro Series Santa Maria design is offered in free standing cart design or built-in options varying from 36" to 60" sizes. Ironworks is available with either a single or dual grates for zone cooking.
The hand crank assembly features an internal lift system that lifts or lowers the grill grates over the coals to the desired distance from the heat, producing phenomenal results. Additionally, we have incorporated within the firebrick an area to sweep the ash into an ash pan for easy removal.

The standard V-channel grate offered by Sunterra.Pro  are made of steel, typically chosen by chef's due to the grates heat transfer performance and simply the food cooked on seasoned grates tastes better.
