Offered in free standing cart design or built-in options varying from 36" to 96" sizes, our Pro Series Argentine grills are offered in a side brasero style with a single grate or rear brasero style, with either a single or dual grate for zone cooking. The hand crank assembly lifts or lowers the grill grates over the coals to the desired distance from the heat, producing phenomenal results. Open fire cooking is a fun filled experience that produces great results. The standard V-channel grate offered by Sunterra are made of steel, typically chosen by chef's due to the grates heat transfer performance and simply the food cooked on seasoned grates tastes better.
