Some of you may be asking, how did we derive this information on the customer feedback meter?
Great question, glad you asked.
The information which the customer feedback meter comes from our customer's feedback. That feedback was imputed into a program which executed a series of Stemming Algorithms in Tapestry Global's proprietary Text Mining applications, to initiate and Organic Natural Language Processing (ONLP) systems through both their Iterative with Full Matrix Information Retrieval (IFMIR) system and their Recursive Information Retrieval (RIR) system*. Four Perceptual factors were used (Trust, Service, Quality and Commitment) in analyzing all the customer feedback. Based upon that analysis, the scores represented were derived.
* = Due to the fact that the analysis was conducted upon extremely subjective information there may be a +/- 2.55% margin of error
